31 Days of prayer

Leading up to the Burning Ones Conference on March 29-31, we are consecrating ourselves through 31 Days of Prayer and Fasting. We believe that as we humble ourselves, pray, seek the face of Jesus, and repent of our own sin, the Lord will hear, forgive, and heal our land. Below are our focuses for prayer, along with short exhortations from some of our leadership team. Remember, with God, all things are possible!

WEEK 1 - LOVING GOD

Here’s the one thing I crave from God,
    the one thing I seek above all else:
    I want the privilege of living with him every moment in his house,
    finding the sweet loveliness of his face,
    filled with awe, delighting in his glory and grace. - Psalm 27:4 (TPT)

Our loving of God is birthed out of a revelation of how beautiful He is, and the depth of His love for us. This week, we lay a foundation for the rest of the month by gazing at the face of Jesus, expressing gratitude for who He is, and resting in the grace He’s extended to us by giving His life in exchange for ours on the cross.

Day 1 - Pray for a revealing of God as Father. (Luke 11:1-11)

Day 2 - Pray for a revealing of God in Jesus Christ. (Colossians 1:15-20)

Day 3 - Pray for a revealing of God, the Holy Spirit. (John 14:15-17)

Day 4 - Pray for a revealing of God’s greatness. (Psalm 18)

Day 5 - Pray for a revealing of God’s love. (Romans 5;6-11)

Day 6 - Pray for a revealing of God’s mercy. (Ephesians 2:4-6)

Day 7 - Pray for a revealing of God’s goodness. (Psalm 23)

Day 8 - Pray for a revealing of God’s justice. (Genesis 18:25)

Day 9 - Pray for a revealing of God’s provision. (Matthew 6:25-33)

WEEK 2 - SERVING PEOPLE

34 “So I give you now a new commandment: Love each other just as much as I have loved you. 35 For when you demonstrate the same love I have for you by loving one another, everyone will know that you’re my true followers.” - John 13:34-35 (TPT)

Day 10 - Pray for our Pastors & Leadership team

Day 11 - Pray for our neighbors in Richmond Hill, Queens and the surrounding areas to be open to the Gospel.

Day 12 - Pray for friends and family to encounter Jesus as we embody His life and love to them.

Day 13 - Pray for our Men and Women to fulfill God’s design for their lives.

Day 14 - Pray for our children, students, and young professionals to be filled with the Holy Spirit.

Day 15 - Pray for our government officials, employers, and those in authority to make decisions that honor God’s laws.

Day 16 - Pray that God’s presence would continue to break in our Sunday and Wednesday gatherings.

WEEK 3 - TRANSFORMING NATIONS

“All the authority of the universe has been given to me. 19 Now go in my authority and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. 20 And teach them to faithfully follow all that I have commanded you. And never forget that I am with you every day, even to the completion of this age.” - Matthew 28:18-20 (TPT)

Day 17 - Pray for the continent of Africa

Day 18 - Pray for Asia Pacific

Day 19 - Pray for Eurasia

Day 20 - Pray for Europe

Day 21 - Pray for Latin America/Caribbean

Day 22 - Pray for Northern Asia

Day 23 - Pray for our U.S. Missionaries Ministries

Day 24 - Pray for Project Rescue

WEEK 4 - BURNING ONES CONFERENCE

3 Then the glory of the God of Israel rose up from between the cherubim, where it had rested, and moved to the entrance of the Temple. And the Lord called to the man dressed in linen who was carrying the writer’s case. 4 He said to him, “Walk through the streets of Jerusalem and put a mark on the foreheads of all who weep and sigh because of the detestable sins being committed in their city.” - Ezekiel 9:3-4

Day 25 - Pray for Michael, Anna, Ariyah, Josiah, Emma, and Isaiah Dow.

Day 26 - Pray for the Burning Ones team.

Day 27 - Pray for safety for all those traveling to the conference.

Day 28 - Pray for God’s glory to shake the upcoming meetings.
